JSON Editor

I’m not sure if I’ve posted this before, but Thomas Frank’s JSON editor is an absolute lifesaver. Enter your JSON code and the editor visualizes it as a tree, complete with features to add & delete nodes.

Available as a download as well as a web app. Absolutely fantastic stuff.

AVGN: The Movie

If you like Rolfe’s work, I encourage you to donate if you can.

A brief hiatus

I’m working on a new web mashup application this week, so I’ll be posting more seldom than usual. But do remember to check back when the week is over to fiddle around with the new app for yourself.

Now playing

I’ve spent the last week playing an inordinate amount of NHL 12, specifically online versus play. I’m doing pretty well, winning more matches than losing them — this is in stark contrast to NHL 10, where I always struggled to win.

His name is Claude

To celebrate its ten-year anniversary, Rockstar Games has started selling a limited edition figurine of GTA III’s silent protagonist:

To commemorate the game’s 10th anniversary, Rockstar Games is proud to present this limited edition action figure of lead character Claude, an ex-con out for revenge in a city filled with mobsters, street gangs and cops on the take.

The protagonist’s name has been hinted at, but not confirmed, until now. (via Giant Bomb)
