Just won a bid on some sealed Dreamcast items, including four controllers, RGB Scart leads, a bunch of VMUs, Phantasy Star Online, Jet Set Radio, NBA 2K2, Virtua Tennis and Virtua Fighter 3. I’ll post a photo of the haul once I get around to picking it up. In the meantime, I’ve updated the games page with the new titles.

Creator Yu Suzuki shares the story of Shenmue's development

“The biggest challenge we encountered was project management,” Suzuki said. “By the end, we had 300 people [working] and no experience on such a large project. At the time there were no project management tools…so instead we made a job order sheet that was a list of action items in Excel. Because we kept testing, the items did not decrease. At one point we had 10,000 of them.

The latest episode of CO-OP remembers the Sega Dreamcast. Great commentary not only from the team, but also from a bunch of PAX panel visitors and attendees. Makes me want to hook up my system and play some old classics.
